Havering Town Show Try Dives

We a wet time at the Havering Town show this year on on 29th-30th August in Harrow Lodge Park in Hornchurch, in our 4' deep pool and our instructors gave people to chance to don the equipment and go under the water, if you are interested in having a try dive drop us a line via the contact us page. Try dives will cost £10 and we do them on Wednesdays at 8pm at our training pool at St Edwards School, London Road, Romford. Our next course starts in October so if you want to learn you need to act now.

British Sub-Aqua Club We are a BSAC Diving Club based east of london in Dagenham/Romford. Open to anyone over 14 to join to either learn or further their skills in diving. Why not come down and do a "Try Dive" one Wednesday at the pool use the contact us link to book a date. (14-18 year olds must join with a responsible adult, and either dive or learn with them)

  • Galapagos still at risk
    The World Heritage Committee decided to remove the Galapagos Islands (Ecuador) from the List of World Heritage Sites in Danger, despite IUCN's recommendation to the contrary. "Threats from tourism, invasive species and overfishing are still factors and the situation in the Galapagos remains critical".
