We meet every Tuesday from 8:30 at Dagenham Swimming Pool, Althorne Way, Dagenham for a swim or Training, and afterwards at the M&B Sports & Social Club, Sanofi-Aventis, Rainham Road South, Dagenham, Essex RM10 7XS. (please note entrance is in Dagenham Road)
